Oh there’s me at the movies….

I attended a preview of a movie this afternoon at the Guild in Menlo Park, ‘An Inconvenient Truth’: a scary movie about global warming and climate change. It’s a must see film!

It intermingles two thirty year stories. The first is of global warming itself and the second of Al Gore trying to get the message accross. A mass market movie might be the way to move this message.

I know that I was moved by the message and shall have to go investigate my own carbon dioxide emmisions. But, my experience was enhanced somewhat by the surprise appearance of Mr Gore at the end for a Q&A session. I was quite impressed.
